We are seeking to expand our UK support team. The support role involves phone and email support, training clients in the use of our software, and involvement in our bureau service. The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience in quantitative market research and good or excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

The job is varied and enjoyable and, if you want, there will be opportunities for worldwide travel to train clients. You will be working in the London office of a knowledgable and dedicated team (based both here and in the US) that takes great pride in its reputation.

You will constantly be using both your interpersonal skills (to deal with clients) and your creative skills and knowledge (to solve their issues).

Salary to £30k depending on skills and experience.
